Data in the ATL - Analyzing Audience Data at Cartoon Network In-Person

Guest presenter: Becca Anderson, Manager, Digital Analytics, Cartoon Network

Becca is a self-described "data nerd" with experience in product and audience analytics. Her love of data and enthusiasm for media and entertainment, brought her first to Turner, and now to Cartoon Network. With specialties in behavioral and technological quantitative research methods, digital product usability and statistical modeling, she is able to apply her expertise to better understand current and future audiences and synthesize audience data into actionable strategy. Before joining Cartoon Network, Becca held data and digital analytics positions at CNN, CNNMoney, and Turner. She holds a B.A. in psychology from Flagler College, an M.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida, and a Ph.D. in Information Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. 

#DataInTheATL is a speaker series hosted by Georgia State University Library that connects the university community with prominent members of the Atlanta data community. Invited speakers show the importance of data science in making informed decisions and how they use data analysis and expertise in their daily work.
