It can be difficult to collect data on people with unstable housing. Yet, that data can be crucial to both understanding the needs of those who are unhoused and for directing funding to help those who are experiencing homelessness. In this panel we will hear from local professionals from a variety of fields (academic, community, governmental) about how they collect and utilize data to understand and shape solutions on issues related to housing inequity in our region.

Panelists:

Melissa Austin is the Chief Operating Officer at Partners for HOME

Kara Tsukerman worked on the Atlanta Youth Count at GSU and is currently researching trafficking at the CDC
