Stress-Reducing Yoga Session: Virtual Student Services Event in collaboration with the Dunwoody Library In-Person

  • Free virtual stress-reducing yoga classes available for in-library or home viewing
    • Allow your mind and body to unwind with gentle movement and Restorative poses, which balance your nervous system. 
    • Restorative yoga kits (including mats, bolsters, straps, blocks, and blankets) available for in-library check-out at the Dunwoody Campus library main desk
